Welcome to the office of Kevin G. Hartman, DDS, PLLC in Greeneville, Tennessee! We take pride in our ability to provide quality dentistry for members of the whole family. Our office offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere while our caring staff will go out of their way to make you feel at home. Whether you need a routine dental cleaning or root canal therapy, we are here to help! Dr. Hartman will create a personalized treatment plan that meets your needs and leads you to the smile of your dreams!


The dental practice of Kevin G. Hartman, DDS is currently accepting new patients. We welcome patients of all ages from Greeneville, TN and East Tennessee to join our dental family! Once you make an appointment at our office, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please make every effort to provide us with at least 24-hours notice and we will reschedule. Your First Appointment

In order to provide you with prompt dental treatment, please be sure to bring the following items when you visit our practice for your initial visit:

  Insurance Information/πCard

  Photo Identification

  Any medical records or dental x-rays pertaining to your visit

Insurance & Financial Information


Our office accepts most insurance and are a Preferred Provider with some insurance companies. We ask patients to keep in mind that the contract is between the insurance company and the insured. We’ll happily file insurance for you, but you are responsible for finances not covered by your plan, including deductible, copays, etc.

Our staff will do their best to estimate deductible and portion for treatment based on information provided by your insurance. If proof of insurance cannot be verified 24 hours prior to appointment, you will be responsible for your account balance. In some cases, we look to patients for payment and will assign benefits back to them. Please contact us today with any questions or concerns regarding your insurance.

Payment Options

Payment is expected the day of service. Our office gladly accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, checks and CareCredit. Prepayment is also an option for our patients. Payments may be applied and held on an account for future dental treatments.



Office financing is done through CareCredit. CareCredit is a health care credit line/card that can be obtained or applied for on their website.


Below you will find our new patient forms. Feel free to print and complete the forms before your first appointment. While we do not require that you complete this paperwork prior to visiting our practice, this will save you and our staff time when you come in.
